We are looking for a proven and innovative account management professional to help us nurture and grow B2B customers for Axios Pro, our new paid subscription product!
Why it matters: The Director will be our second account manager for Axios Pro corporate subscriptions, and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving subscriber engagement and leading renewals and upsells for existing client relationships.
Go deeper: Ideal candidates will be relationship-focused, commercially minded, and highly organized. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the post-sale customer relationship, from onboarding through renewal
- Lead the annual renewal process for customers with high retention and growth in mind
- Grow existing contracts by identifying opportunities to add additional licenses and products and executing strategic sales conversations
- Develop engagement strategies in partnership with Customer Success team colleagues
- Partner with key stakeholders to build account management assets, including identifying key accounts and contacts that can serve as referrals or case studies
- Collaborate with revenue and product team leadership to influence our corporate partnership strategy and product roadmap based on customer feedback
- Log all customer outreach and activity within the relevant tools and systems
