Your team:

The Customer Experience organization gets to help live out Ribbon’s mission of making homeownership achievable every day. As the Director, Account Management, you'll help us grow revenue by stewarding an incredible customer journey. We are on pace to quadruple in size this year, driven by white-glove service provided by our team of Account Managers, a large team driven to excellence through the ownership of the customer relationship. This is a “manager of people managers” role, but you’ll need to get in the trenches with your direct reports to maintain productivity, motivation, and passion for the mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career on the ground floor of an exciting business. You’ll work on a fast-paced, tenacious team with colleagues who thrive as a unit.

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:
  • Contribute to, develop, and execute strategic plans and leading initiatives to achieve business results
  • Work closely with GTM Ops leadership on day-to-day operations, planning, sales enablement, and other key projects
  • Strategize with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Develop a winning team, including attracting, recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  • Partner with the Analytics team to drive funnel analytics that shows gaps, areas for improvement, and optimizations we can implement through the people, the process, and the systems/products
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement business priorities 
  • Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience managing 3+ people managers
  • 4+ years in Customer Experience or Sales management, ideally at a high-growth fintech/proptech/SaaS - startup company
  • Track record of success in building new operational processes and systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal stakeholders is your highest priority
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
  • Experience using data to analyze performance and proactively drive strategic decision making & improvements
    • Extra points for Salesforce, CTIs, and analytical reporting tools experience
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Successful track record managing distributed teams
  • Comfortable exercising performance management with empathy
  • Superior employee experience is your greatest desire
  • Leadership through influence over authority
