Job Description

This position is responsible for implementing new partners and agents including training and support, product knowledge, pleasant phone and email correspondence. Provide quality service to internal and external sales channels, while upholding Clearent values.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. High level of quality support to all Sales Channels

  • Proper vetting and setup of all new Partners and Agents
  • Accurate keying of all new Partner agreements and QA process
  • Prompt response to Direct Sales Support e-mails
  • Proper phone etiquette with inbound and outbound calls
  • Knowledge on all 3rd party products offered by Clearent
  • Ability to perform Partner training, Compass and boarding
  • Ability to answer all Residual related questions including Partner pricing
  • Ability to perform manual residual calculations
  • Ability to perform statement analysis

2. Measuring results of all Sales Channels

  • Accurately enter all work into Salesforce
  • Call observations and statistics
  • Reporting of weekly tasks

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout Sales Channels

  • Proactively work with new and current Partners
  • Assist new Partners in learning Clearent processes

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Detail oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers
  • Ability to expertly communicate company’s brand and products.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate independent work ethics.
  •  Dedicated to learning and constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Ability to follow through to completion on a process or assignment.
  • Pleasant approachable attitude.
  •  Ability to work as a team.
  • Follow procedure for chain of command
