As an Enterprise Sales Manager within Digital Cloud Acquisition, you will lead a team of highly talented and skilled Digital Specialists to drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities. Your team will provide and sell the best-in-class cloud service and platforms to our managed customers, building the momentum for digital transformation for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. The Enterprise Sales Manager is a great sales coach and leader, has a challenger mentality, is savvy in sales-leadership practice, and contributes with vision and flawless execution of solution sales across solution areas. Thie role will be supporting US and Canada. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

- Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
- Coach team in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers using state-of-the-art sales, data, and marketing systems and platforms to deliver a connected customer engagement experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and rigor to maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics - including response rates, prospecting activity tracking, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and accuracy. Encourage adoption of program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis.
- Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities, invest in seller development and skilling to drive change based on insights.
- Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships that build, expand and effectively progress opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle within assigned territory. Facilitate and lead internal communication with the account team and senior-level leadership to get support for your team and eliminate barriers to success.
- Effectively lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs and market conditions evolve in a digitally enabled environment.
- Completes Business Applications required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry. Mentors/coaches the team on growing knowledge on sales or products and ensures the team completes training and obtain certifications as required. Seek additional learning opportunities and prioritize to enhance effectiveness.

- 7+ years sales and negotiation experience;
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience;
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required AND 2+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- 2+ years' expereince selling Business Application solutions and/or cloud services
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years sales and negotiation experience;
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience;
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- 2+ years people management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video conferencing and face to face meeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately
- Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
- Proven relationship management and negotiation skills
