Digital Account Managers are responsible for increasing customer lifetime value from an existing book of business by delivering world-class service, partnering with clients to meet their digital campaign objectives and working with colleagues to manage the development of strategic accounts and acting as an Adtaxi digital product subject-matter-expert. This role partners with internal teams for sales, marketing and ad operations to exceed goals for our enterprise clients. Digital Account Managers proactively provide campaign feedback, present up-sell opportunities to existing clients in order to grow their book of business and interpret/present complex data to clients, in regards to campaign performance and market analysis.
Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for client revenue growth, financial forecasting and accurate customer billing.
  • Interacts with sales, ad ops, marketing and client to ensure Adtaxi digital campaign success.
  • Works closely with client post-sale to ensure client retention, renewal, and overall campaign success.
  • Acknowledges and overcomes client objections by analyzing and resolving campaign issues.
  • Prepares required documents (contracts, product, creative assets) and coordinates campaign schedule.
  • Develops internal and client-facing custom reports via Google Analytics, Excel and other internal tools.
  • Partners with campaign manager to ensure campaign pacing.
  • Shares best practices and mentors new hires. Collaborate and participate in team meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred. High school diploma required.
  • Experience in consultative sales, diagnosing client needs, presentations, closing, time management, client retention and problem-solving required.
  • Proven track record of success in digital media sales and/or account management required.
  • Existing book of business and contacts/relationships within a defined territory or category preferred.
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in Paid Search, Programmatic Display and Video, Email and Social Media. Can demonstrate proficiency in concepts and methodology of campaign strategy and execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic environment
  • Professional, outgoing and friendly and able to adapt sales techniques and presentations
  • Analytical skills required for work on data-driven summary reports on campaign performance
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Google AdWords and Analytics Certification preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
  • Proficient at personal goal setting and demonstrates a drive to succeed goals required.


Work Environment
Range 7:30-8:30 to 4:30-5:30pm depending on team needs. Currently 100% remote in response to Covid-19 (subject to change).
