Deal Desk Analyst
About the Role
As part of Lattice's Deal Desk team you will act as a subject matter expert for Lattice’s quote to cash process, and will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to manage deal volume.
In this role, you will report to the Deal Desk Manager, but you’ll actively work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success (CX), and Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
You’ll act as an expert on our internal practices for recognizing revenue. You’ll help the field create deal structures that make sense for both our customers and Lattice, and work swiftly to process transactions in our CLM (Salesforce).
- Interpret Lattice’s best practices for booking revenue to Sales and CX
- Ensure proper deal hygiene in Salesforce while assisting in the quoting process
- Own our customer-facing paperwork; effectively administer order forms & terms of service
- Orchestrate deal efforts between approvers, Legal and Sales
- Competently juggle and prioritize a variety of asks from various stakeholders
- Proficiency in CPQ, Salesforce, Ironclad and document editing (Adobe/Word) is a must
- Advise on best practices and coordinate with internal teams to administer improvements to the quote to cash process
Qualifications
There’s no such thing as a perfect candidate. We expect you to possess some combination of the following:
- 2-4 years of Deal Desk experience
- Attention to detail & critical thinking skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and enjoyable to work with
- Have a knack for solving puzzles
- Able to manage a variety of tasks while maintaining composure
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition do’s and don’ts
- Able to balance simultaneous responsibilities while maintaining efficiency
- Experienced with Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad
- Experience in a SaaS start-up or Public Accounting firm is a big plus
