In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You'll monitor and provide detailed performance reporting and recommendations to all internal and external teams with a focus of nurturing long-term relationships and revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of underperformance or dissatisfaction. Through your reporting and in-depth knowledge of the client and campaign you will look for and suggest additional ways to help the client fulfill their business goals often increasing the number of products utilized and incremental revenue.
