What You Will Do

As the Senior Customer Success Operation Analyst you will connect the customer success journey through the process, reporting, analytics, and collaboration across Trimble Viewpoint. The north star of this role will be creating visibility and transparency to key customer-related trends that result in increased customer retention and adoption.

In this role you will:
  • Support growing Customer Success Organization of 15 team members by providing support to their day-to-day operations.
  • Assist the Customer Success Leadership team with executive-level reporting, analytics, and presentation. Use an entrepreneurial approach to delivery and communication around the overall health of the Customer Success organization.
  • Develop a Customer Success roadmap as it relates to expanding and evolving OKRs and KPIs.
  • Apply project and change management skills to drive technical projects that support the Customer Success department's overall roadmap.
  • Provide stakeholder and cross-functional support in GTM activities. Understand and interpret pre-sales and post-sales processes and diagnose areas of improvement.
  • Foster and build strong relationships both internally at Trimble Viewpoint and externally within the Trimble universe. Find key partnerships and opportunities to expand the collective awareness of Customer Success through delivering timely data-driven insights.
  • Standardize reporting and tools within the Sales organization that impact the Customer Success Organization which will include Gong, Salesforce, Qliksense, Domo, and Pendo.
  • Partner with key departments that will drive overall Customer Success awareness. This includes BI, CRM, Learning & Enablement, Sales Ops, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Present to executive leadership across Trimble Viewpoint as it relates to Customer Success KPIs and Roadmap deliverables.


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

In addition to possessing normal professional competencies, you should:
  • Have at least 2-4 years of experience in an Analyst capacity (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BizOps)
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Be a self-starter, tech-savvy, comfortable in getting started with missing data and dealing with ambiguity, as well as comfortable in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and sell ideas and actionable solutions to internal and (sometimes) external stakeholders
  • Have the required research and analytical abilities, as well as a strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, Pendo, Qliksense, Tableau, and Salesforce
