Customer Success Manager
Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.
Customer Success analyzes customer experiences on the company's commercial technologies and platforms and integrates customer perspectives and data into the design and management of commercial technologies. This job family interfaces with Customer Service and Marketing teams to gather and represent the voice of the customer and recommends enhancements to commercial technologies based on insights.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading a team of 4 Customer Success Analysts that work closely with the customers to solve challenges they are experiencing with the supported technologies. This Customer Success team offers a white glove experience to our Specialty Customers ensuring they feel supported in their time of need.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 8+ years experience in related field, preferred
- Software or Web Application training and technical support
- Healthcare software experience: EMR/EHR, PMS, Medical Billing software
- Healthcare or Pharmacy setting knowledge, specifically in Oncology, Rheumatology
- Technical experience such as HL7, EDI, Networking, or server management
Accountabilities
- Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and/or business support staff
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Ensure the continual availability and quality of technical support
- Manage customer relationships throughout their lifecycle with the company
- Ensures employees operate within guidelines
- Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
- Interacts with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels may interact with senior management
- Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
- Gains consensus from various parties involved
