What You’ll Do:

  • Confirm orientation logistics with the facility 
  • Have no less than 5 touches on a facilities a week
  • Manage 1-2 systems or at least 5 facilities (depending on complexity/size of account of facility Director of AM to decide complexity/size)
  • Troubleshoot on facility side if there are issues in app(not sales/adoption but training)
  • Respond to general client questions around professionals and coordinating response with Onboarding team
  • Take-Over facility after 20 activations and 100 shifts filled from IM team (leadership discretion) (smaller hospitals pending orientation/needs for timeline)
  • Weekly 1X1 with AM
  • Meet with regional team and provide updates to GM on health of the facility & come to meeting with expected needs/escalations/forecasting to strategize resources
  • Slab training articles distribution and maintenance
  • Identify friction points to discuss with the AM & RM- start slab and fill out weekly (wins, concerns, opportunities, orientation seats, funnel metrics, cancellation metrics)
  • Manage regional waitlisting/onboarding
  • V-2 Set up & Maintenance
  • Create product tickets in clubhouse as it relates to product requests on the professional side
  • Update internal communications: roles matrix, updates to team as changes occur in region, looping in correct team members
  • Be the escalation point for non clinical DNS's in region as well as restrictions (for clinical DNS Carmen is POC)
  • Maintain current trackers - overseeing the maintenance of trackers and ensuring that they are up to date (will use trackers and eventually in the next 2-3 months will use SF)
  • Assign Salesforce tasks to Onboarding specialists -(training on refresher for SF/how to assign tasks out)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 year experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with holding the team accountable to monthly KPIs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to lead internal and external client-facing meetings. 
  • Comfort around using various tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, and proficient with presentation software. 
  • An enjoyment in identifying process improvements and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility, a creative mind-set when solving problems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Bonus: you have previous experience at a health-tech startup
