ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is customer facing, accountable for the overall delivery of customer digital programs and responsible for managing schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, etc. between Avery Dennison and customers to ensure overall success and customer satisfaction of the project. You will be collaborating with Commercial, Market Development and Innovation teams and directly engaged with customer stakeholders on digital program execution to ensure joint success.
Ideal candidate would be having the ability and experience to work across globally and culturally diverse functional teams with strong customer facing, communication and influencing skills whether working face to face or via virtual means.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Engage with customer stakeholders along with Commercial teams to clarify requirements and align on project objectives
Develop project plans, key milestones, project estimates and analysis documents
Host project meetings and provide summary level project status reports
Carry out risk assessment and ensure project delivered with the desired level of quality
Identify and resolve issues proactively and balance schedule, scope and cost constraints creatively
Manage interpersonal dynamics within global project teams
Work effectively with customer, third party vendors, Avery Dennison global offices and senior management in accomplishing project objectives and on time deployment
Facilitate management briefings, progress reporting and escalation to senior management team as necessary
Conduct customer program review meetings and provide project reporting on business and factory performance, digital program improvement plan and consultation
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of solid experience in project management and process improvement
Qualification in PMP is highly desirable
Solid track record in implementing sizable projects
Knowledge of the digital retail market preferred
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Good business acumen. Strong problem management skills
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
Proficient in English. Multilingual a plus
Willing to travel upon request
