The role

A Customer Success Manager (Ordering) is responsible for ensuring and delivery success of our operations and users in response to their enquiries across multiple internal supply chain technology products. You’ll be translating these needs into technical requirements and work with our Tech organisation to see these realised.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first responder and expert on our supply chain technologies and advise users across the company
  • Consult with our users on changes to processes and workflows and advocate for the adoption of new technologies
  • Validate bug reports and actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
  • Design, draft, and maintain product help documentation that breaks down product features and concepts for an internal audience.
  • Work closely with product and key operations users to ensure coverage, quality, and accuracy of content.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience of translating and documenting user requests for various audiences
  • Ability to present complex product features into easy to understand concepts
  • Familiarity and interest in software development and technology
  • Experience or exposure to the supply chain management domain
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
