The Role

The Customer Success [CS] Manager will manage and direct Circulo’s efforts to meet our initial customers’ needs and expectations. Specifically, this individual will ensure that our team will deliver on timelines and deliverables for our qualified prospective customers. Our CS Manager will structure the process for delivery of customer needs, as well as manage our performance within it. The CS Manager will report to the President and Head of the Performance Circle.

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of leading and managing strategic initiatives and/or customer success teams
  • Highly organized person with experience managing large initiatives within a startup and/or fast-paced organization
  • Advanced influential leadership skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, adapt to changing business needs, and balance on-going competing priorities
  • Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Natural doer who is execution oriented and consistently meets ambitious deadlines
  • Passion for coordinating multiple teams to achieve lofty goals
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 5 business days per month

What you will do

  • Manage prospective customers through the latter stages of contracting and go-live
  • Manage the internal Circulo team effort to develop tech and capabilities in order for prospective customers to go live
  • Navigate through multiple customer activities, establishing and disseminating priorities and direction across multiple Circle teams
  • Track key performance metrics to ensure effective delivery of customer needs as well as dynamic internal processes
  • Structure a repeatable process for Circulo to sustainably meet new customers expectations and goals
