About Our Customer Success Team 

The Customer Success Team is responsible for targeting opportunities, expanding the current customer relationships, and making it easy to do business for the assigned customers. Each member contributes to the evolution and growth of the company and demonstrates specific skills, comprehends the role’s expectations, builds work plans, and account development mechanics that focus on the customer and value creation for the business. Each member also contributes to build and promote the Customer Success processes and tooling as a part of continuous improvements.

The Customer Success Team acts on behalf of the customer product/program owners (Voice of Customer) to ensure delivery of desired customer outcomes with positive customer experiences.  The team maintains a deep understanding of the Customer business, their goals, and desired outcomes.  The team represents the customer inside the Au environment, and Au inside the customer environment.  The team assists customers in realizing the maximum expected and unexpected value with the Au solutions.

Job Description 

  • Assisting in planning and managing team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary Confluence pages or Google Docs are current, properly filed and linked within tasks
  • Keep internal and customer task management tools in sync (Aha, Jira)
  • Provide detailed updates to Customer Success Managers
  • Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need or assist in obtaining them
  • Monitor the progress of projects 
  • Assist in planning meetings and organizing project logistics

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1+ years’ project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with orchestrating work
  • Proven success in working with all levels of people within an organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
  • Leadership: As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals.
  • Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.  
  • Computers and data entry: Navigating the task management tools, document management tools (Confluence, Google Docs, Jira)
  • Problem-solving: Although Customer Success Managers may step in to handle significant problems, you should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance.
  • Positive attitude: A positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated.
