You will:
- Serve as the primary contact and a trusted partner for our customers
- Collaborate with Regional Customer Success Managers to support large IDN customers
- Optimize the customer’s experience to exceed expectations and deliver meaningful results
- Lead User training sessions for sites across the country
- Monitor customer engagement data, share data with customers and implement solutions to drive engagement to ensure product adoption
- Proactively monitor, document, and address potential risks
- Lead the contract renewal process in partnership with the Sales team
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities for cross selling and expansions
- Feed customer insights back to the product and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and increase revenue per account

Requirements:
- Must have healthcare experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Marketing role OR clinical experience
- Minimum 3+ years in account management or related experience
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems
- Outstanding track record of working with customers
- Experience with healthcare workflows and/or process improvement preferred
- Willingness to travel (40-50%)
