Formlabs has an amazing opportunity for a talented, driven candidate who loves working with teammates, systems and data to make an impact.In this role, you will perform extensive data analytics, and be involved in Services and Customer Success  programs to upsell products, increase service attachment rates and educate customers about Formlabs’ products. 

The Job: 

• Build automations to streamline manual processes
• Create reports and dashboards using Google Data Studio, Redash and SQL
• Collaborate with an international team across the EU & US
• Perform data analytics for Global Services team
• Using SQL to query sales and customer service data to segment data and build predictive models
• Work closely alongside members of the Customer Team to move work through the project management funnel
• Spearhead data-focused special projects like customer health scoring, etc
• Understand how to leverage system integrations when implementing solutions
• Functional test of the end-to-end business processes for feature implementation
• Communicate effectively to present findings from analysis

You:

• 2+ years in a role (s) in any of these functions: Data Analytics, Sales Operations, Services Operations
• Experienced and knowledgeable in data wrangling, building data models, and developing insights
• Strong knowledge in SQL, Docker, Advanced Google Sheets/Excel, and Salesforce
• Are self-driven with a critical eye, jumping to make improvements by introducing solutions
• Comfortable working with integration platforms to integrate business systems, Zapier
• Feel a sense of duty in ensuring the job gets done and its benefits are realized
• Possess a good understanding of APIs and know how to consume them
• Love to tell stories with data visualizations (Google Data Studio / Redash preferred)
• Programming skills (Python, R)

Bonus:

• Coding skills in (Javascript, Apex or other Object-Oriented languages)
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or coding experience (such as scripting or object oriented)
• Zapier, or like software
• Marketo
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services tools
• Website development
