What you get to do every day

  • Document the process and workflow for the Client Admins to help bridge gaps in procedures and identify areas of opportunity. 
  • Track common issues and provide resolution for FCR
  • Work closely with other departments impacted by escalated clients/participants to bridge gaps at the admin level
  • Identify gaps that impact the execution of products and customer retention 
  • Handle retro and case studies at the admin level to identify areas of opportunity and continuously improve processes.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert and an Advocate for HI and our clients that will meet AND exceed customer expectations by relentlessly striving to provide unparalleled customer service!

What you bring to the role

  • 3-5 years of Financial 401(k) Industry experience 
  • Escalations/Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field. Years of related experience can/may take the place of a degree.

Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $70,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, and may vary by location. Exact compensation will be determined by the candidates' skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
