Are you interested in a career supporting the Air Force in a mission focused environment? CACI has positions available supporting IT modernization for multiple customers throughout the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated Customer Relationship Managers to support the AF's mission objectives. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users at all levels. This candidate will telecommute 80% of the time, but must be within driving distance of San Antonio, TX to enable work at CACI locations in the area.

More About the Role:

The Change Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, drive faster adoption, and promote higher ultimate utilization of IT products and services.
  • Implementing OCM in Waterfall/AGILE and hybrid environments while leveraging ITIL expertise as a discipline into a client's release processes
  • Provide OCM technical leadership and cross-training to peers in areas of expertise
  • Applying structured methodologies and lead change management activities.
  • Applying a change management process and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by an IT project, or process improvement.
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of business process reengineering and strategic communications efforts.
  • Designing and executing change management assessments.
  • Assessing the impact of changes. Identifying key stakeholders and stakeholder segments, conducting impact analyses, and assessing change readiness.
  • Providing input, documents requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training and orientation programs. Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Consulting, facilitating, and coaching project teams. Ensuring alignment of project communications with overall strategy and plans.
  • Using various communications media to aid the communications process and works with web teams and other technical resources to maximize the use of technology.
  • Training personnel by conducting either in person or virtual, classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Planning and leading major information technology assignments and projects.
  • Possessing and applying comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Evaluating performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Functioning as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments.
  • Serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Performing complex thinking and solving complex tasks
  • Oversee daily activities of team; identifies and manages coordination with other teams. (may supervise others).
  • Performs Risk and Opportunity assessments to be folded into PM's RMP.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% (CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for this position).

Required:

  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • BA/BS, 7+ years of recent specialized experience
  • Acts as a OCM liaison between Release and Deployment teams
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • PMP Certification

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
