Legal Plan Administrator

This is an exciting role that puts you in the middle of one of Leveset’s newest products: Legal Guard. Legal Guard is a legal plan specific to the construction industry that helps contractors build up the quality of their legal health. By keeping them from making legal mistakes and helping them with current legal problems, Legal Guard helps contractors run their businesses more efficiently. 

You’ll facilitate customers' access to this help by onboarding them, connecting them with a provider lawyer, and making sure they understand the plan and feel empowered to use it to the fullest. As we continue to iterate on the product, you will play a meaningful part in helping to build version two of Legal Guard. 

This is an opportunity to make a huge impact on a product that is creating a significant disruption in construction law, providing access to legal services that have been out of reach to many companies in the past.



What You’ll Do:

  • Project manage Legal Guard customer-facing needs 
  • Develop customer facing content for Legal Guard subscribers 
  • Working with our internal team to ensure smooth operations between several business units 
  • Develop education and collateral for Legal Guard customers 
  • Onboard Legal Guard customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team on subscriber communications (emails, surveys, and phone calls)
  • Research other legal plans and run surveys with customers to collect vital feedback that will help build version 2.0 of Legal Guard 
  • Help to draft up a go-to-market plan
     

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations working with a new product, and ideally experience with helping to run a go-to-market plan
  • 2+ years of customer experience and/or customer training & onboarding
  • Collaborate well across multiple teams
  • Top notch organizational skills
  • Resourcefulness
  • Strong written communication skills
