About the Role:
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for the relationship and sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross[1]functionally to assist with the sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base.
What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, as well as weekly pipeline creation goals
  • Facilitates efficient and in-depth product demonstrations to customers with the Sales Solutions team
  • Introduces new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed on our latest product enhancements and new releases
  • Understands and articulate complex business issues and how technology will address these issues
  • Creates long term relationship within customer leadership team and develop reference ability within install base.
  • Partners with others within Epicor to sell our solution
  • Conducts account and territory planning
  • Generates of leads through social selling and leveraging own network
  • Follows up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven presentation and demonstration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • 2+ years ERP experience
  • 2+ years account management and/or sales experience including customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years of consistent quota attainment


Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • 2+ years experience calling into the Lumber and Building Materials Industries
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
