Job Summary:We are seeking a Communications Coordinator who will be an integral part of the Sales Communications team, working collaboratively to help manage Ad Sales’ broad range of operations, Disney Ad Sales systems, and client communications. The main role of this position will be to design and develop materials that support Disney Ad Sales’ communication efforts. This includes aiding in the management of our internal sales website (including architecture, training, data analytics, and organization), developing strategic planning and operations materials, creating newsletter templates and client communications, and supporting strategy and communications around key industry events.
The ideal candidate will embrace opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and grow in the role. They will also be required to think both creatively and strategically and provide solutions-oriented ideas.
This position is based in Los Angeles and is part of the larger Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution division.
Responsibilities:Sales Systems:

• Support the day-to-day management of our internal sales site
• Create comprehensive reports on web traffic and usage
• Develop and design graphics for UI/UX
• Execute trainings and troubleshoot issues

Communications:

• Create planning and operations documents to support sales initiatives
• Manage and support our Communications Calendar
• Create visuals that support Ad Sales communications
• Coordinate with teams on strategic initiatives across all DAS

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional experience working in corporate communications, media entertainment, or other relevant experience
• Background in design and visual communications
• Strong organizational, administrative, written and verbal skills
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and personable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint), Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Capable of prioritizing projects and working both independently and as part of a team
