Who we are looking for
The Concept and Business Growth Director owns and leads the strategy creation and alignment process for Central and South America (CaSA), Real Estate, Concept & Design guardrails and project & process governance bringing to life new store concepts for Inline and Value stores with distributors at scale.

This position plays a critical role to unlock the potential of CaSA Nike Stores, influencing the execution of Nike's newest concepts, site selection, store design, opening process and in-store services & experiences. This role will drive a cross-functional offense across the CaSA distributors and APLA, to create, facilitate and implement store experiences in partnership with Store Concepts, Marketing, Operations, Retail Design, and other teams.

What you will work on
In alignment with territory business leader and Geo Concept and Design teams, you will:

  • Be the lead of retail services & experiences for CaSA, across multiple formats and dimensions, in alignment with Global & APLA guidelines.
  • Identify, measure and grow the impact of fleet expansion and experience elevation has on the Nike Stores retail KPIs.
  • Focus on elevating the in-store experience for the Nike Brand by identifying and implementing opportunities in global and strategic cities.
  • Partner with O2O team to build the store experience for O2O services and offerings.
  • Develop a clear Test & Learn plan through consumer insights, short term pilot executions, and key value drops. Track and measure key KPI from test & learn opportunities
  • Elevate and strengthen premium and purposeful storytelling across retail consumer touch points.
  • Lead projects and project teams by establishing direction and managing progress on a per project basis.

Who you will work with
You'll be the point person for CaSA Concepts and report to CaSA Inline and Value Stores Director, dotted line to APLA Concept and Store Design leaders.

Daily responsibilities include supporting large, diverse distributor teams, as well as engaging with the APLA Nike Stores team. The ability to be inventive in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own is critical to success.

What you bring to Nike

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Graphic Design is a plus.
  • 10+ years relevant experience. In-depth experience in retail (services, operations, design)
  • Project Leadership: ability to execute projects and to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural Intelligence: shown success working across cultures, adapting Geo/Territory business strategies, promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Communication: proven ability to craft and articulate compelling presentations with engaging storytelling for communicating strategies and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
