We are currently searching for a Commissions Specialist to join our team. This role will help in analyzing, researching and preparing information related to all commission payments.

We are looking for someone to:

• Receive and analyze requests received from Sales force and home office associates relating to the Organizations commission system.
• Recalculate and adjust commission accounts as directed
• Perform quality control audits to confirm that the commission system is performing all commission compensation transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to include handling complaint/error situations that result in customer satisfaction. Meet expectations with accurate, complete, and timely service. Foster effective business relationships.
• Recalculates commissions and various bonuses for the sales force when special circumstances occur. Adjusts commission accounts as requested by Sales Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or minimum of one-year post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment preferred.
• Minimum of two years working in the accounting/bookkeeping field preferred.
• Ability to analyze and recognize inconsistencies or irregularities in data collected for commission and/or bonus calculations.
• Ability to multitask or shift priorities quickly.
• Ability to work with little supervision or work independently. The ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
