What is Client Solutions? 

Client Solutions is our sales discipline, it is made up of both Client Engagement and Client Development. Client Engagement consists of the business development portion of the sale, the hunting a gathering needed to get clients intersected in chatting with Unispace. Client Development is the technical portion of the sale, and these individuals are experts on the technical process that Unispace can deliver. 

Client Engagement Professional: 

The ideal Client Engagement professional has a positive, glass half full kind of personality – they don’t take ‘no’ for an answer unless ‘no’ is the answer.  They have the ability to articulate our unique product that we’re selling; they need to understand we’re not selling a different kind of ergonomic chair – we’re selling a new way to sit.  With the prospective client, they should always be curious and ask questions; talk less and listen more.  They can work collaboratively with the discipline leads and can frame client explicit and implicit needs so the team can react effectively and efficiently. They have the ability to maintain, foster and grow many CRE relationships, while maintaining focus on the key industry marketing efforts that will help drive opportunities that we know Unispace can win.

Client Development Professional: 

The ideal Client Development candidate has neither a glass half full nor glass half empty personality – they have a cautious optimism and are realistic about what it takes to move opportunities to ‘closed won’.  They understand deeply how Unispace operates and what value proposition we bring to the market, and how that can align with clients’ needs.  They absolutely must work collaboratively with CE and the discipline leads to frame the objectives of each particular opportunity and move them through our Path to Contract; understanding that the signing of the contract begins the next and most important phase of client relations. They may or may not have deep industry contacts.  Maintaining good client focus should be at the center of all decisions and any decision with respect to the opportunity should be evaluated as  to whether it’s positive or negative impact to the client.  They should feel that the next opportunity is sourced from excellent delivery and client satisfaction on the current opportunity.
