First and foremost, Kyruuvians care deeply about our vision to enable human beings to care for human beings, our mission, and our CORE values:

Caring – We care about doing the right thing, in the right way, every time.
Ownership – We own both our successes and our mistakes, taking responsibility and always learning how to be better.
Respect – We respect and celebrate the individual traits that enable each of us, our customers, our providers, and our patients, to be the best that we can be.
Empowerment – We embrace a culture that supports everyone’s ability to contribute and lead.

Here’s what that would mean for you in the Client Development Director, Mid-Market role.

Caring

  • You’ll contribute to our vision and mission by collaborating with Kyruus’ strategic business partners to hands-on sell our enterprise-wide patient access solution, the ProviderMatch Suite, to the top health systems in the country helping them match patients with the right providers, at the right time.

Ownership

  • You’ll work closely with strategic partners to manage the sales process with prospective and current health system clients within your assigned territory.
  • You’ll identify, qualify and close new accounts while building trusted relationships with new and existing partners and customers to explore opportunities to extend the footprint of the Kyruus platform.
  • You’ll manage sales campaigns from qualification (often in conjunction with our partners) through deal closure, working with internal resources to facilitate a successful sale, and generating new leads for the co-sales pipeline.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with Kyruus teams (Marketing, Management, Account Management, Inside Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical) to develop sales campaigns.
  • You’ll play an integral role in forecasting and reporting on the pipeline, target account identification and competitive intelligence.
  • You’ll provide guidance to internal teams with market feedback to advance Kyruus’ products and strategic partnerships.
  • Your typical day will include executing on written sales campaigns with input from Marketing, tailored communications with prospects, traveling to meet with prospects or clients for demos (working with internal Sales Engineering and external partners) and other sales conversations, coordinating with prospects or clients and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of contracting, and internal one-on-ones with your manager and other Sales and Marketing colleagues to unblock your campaigns.
  • You’ll report to the Vice President, Strategic Growth

Respect: How You’ll Use Your Professional Skills

  • You’ll use your 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales selling software solutions to C-suite and VP level stakeholders at health systems and hospitals and your top-notch communication and presentation skills to:
  • Achieve sales targets and meet quota predictably and on-time
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Adapt quickly to change and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and scope opportunities through site visits, market research, and client interactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive leaders at health systems.

Empowerment: How You’ll Know You’re Succeeding

  • You travel to client and prospect sites up to 20-40% of your time. You are a responsible steward of Kyruus resources in setting and traveling to key client and prospect meetings.
  • You understand the importance of data on the sales process to identify improvements and achieve improved results. You carefully and regularly track your activity in the appropriate sales systems (currently SalesForce).
  • You quantify the financial impact of identified opportunities across multiple patient access channels.

  • Where You’ll Go From Here
  • Kyruuvians in the Client Development Director (Mid-Market) role can move in a more linear career path to a Senior Client Development Director position after 2 years of quota attainment in the Client Development Director role.
  • Kyruus also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.

An Insider's view of Kyruus

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Kyruus encourages an exceptional work life balance. Unlimited PTO is just the beginning. Managers and coworkers encourage you to take time off and fully disconnect from work, jumping in to assist wherever they can. My favorite thing is that employees are allowed to interpret "remote first environment" on their own terms

Akieva

Benefits Administrator

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

My team collaborates with many other departments at Kyruus. We work with Product during the scoping phases of the development cycle, we work with Implementation during deployment, and we work closely with Engineering after Go-Live. We depend on these collaborations, and more, in order to provide the best possible experience to our customer

Ken

Senior Director, Customer Support

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Everyone has made me feel welcomed and made me feel part of an integral team working to accomplish an amazing goal of connecting people to the care they need. With the help of coworkers and mentors, I’ve grown professionally in terms of communication, efficiency, and knowledge by expanding my understanding of Kyruus and the healthcare industry

Louis

Associate Solutions Architect

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

My team is encouraged to devote at least 10% of their time for personal growth and self-care. My philosophy is that you don't have to be perfect to be great, which is why I encourage experimentation and give people permission to fail. We paint outside the lines, we laugh and learn from our mistakes, and look forward to the next experiment

Tammy

Director, Product Management

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

I believe in the power of thinking big, and the opportunities that it can unlock. Simple yet bold questions can go a long way in that regard - questions like 'if constraints were removed, what would you suggest we do?' I encourage my team to dream boldly and push the boundaries on a regular basis

Madelyn

Vice President, People
