Job Description
Your Career
You will center your role on strategic relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth of capabilities across key SLED partnerships. Your success in this role will be driven by the creation and execution of regional, and partner specific business plans in support of our SLED sales segment. The focus will be on developing high-value partnerships based on the long term, “outcome where everybody wins” strategy. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment, and lead cross-functional resources to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
Your Impact
Manage regional SLED channel strategy and execution.
Build an effective SLED channel business plan that drives partner alignment, enablement and demand generation.
Execute strategies to maximize partner growth opportunities, and ensure the channel is well-positioned to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Design compelling SLED value propositions that inspire partners to promote our solutions in this unique market.
Lead regular business performance reviews with senior management and stakeholders to drive channel alignment and accountability.
Maintain the activity of performance reports and dashboards. Actively manage pipeline and forecasts throughout the quarter and year.
Provide clear and consistent communication across the SLED segment and build strong internal partnerships throughout our SLED organization.
Qualifications
Your Experience
7+ years experience in relevant channel/market experience
Demonstrated ability to execute on specific SLED initiatives and plays
Experience with channel management, and/or business development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry
Understanding of channel operating models, sales, marketing, and solution development
Leadership of cross-functional teams and resources
Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution
