Role Summary

Experienced sales professional to drive Mavenir's business with the US-based Tier 1 & 2 Mobile Network Operators, Wireless Internet Service Providers, non-MNO Tier 1/Fiber Providers, and Tower Companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall market / account plan and attack strategy to further penetrate and grow Mavenir's business in this critical target market
  • Meet / Exceed booking targets while maintaining accurate sales funnel and forecasting
  • Focus will span the entire Mavenir solution portfolio while direct leading the engagement how their business needs and objectives can be addressed by Mavenir.
  • Emphasis on crafting and communicating a unique and compelling Mavenir value proposition in conjunction with the product marketing team and the sales leadership
  • Help define and guide the Product BU's in conjunction with the product marketing, business development and sales leadership



Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience - preference on technical degree w/ MBA
  • Experience and successful track record of selling into North American wireless operators - preference on Tier 2/3 MNOs, WISP, and other US based carrier accounts
  • High level of comfort and familiarity with wireless technologies to include: 4G/5G RAN and Core, IMS - IP - soft switch and software-based application architectures, VoWiFi, VoLTE and their related business/operational aspects and challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales "Hunter" mentality - with a drive to move and win fast
  • US based with extensive domestic travel
  • Must be able to work in a highly collaborative, fluid and cross matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to navigate and work across multiple functions and departments
  • Must be a "self-starter" with the ability to work and lead with minimal direct supervision
