As a Carrier Sales Pricing Analyst, you support a successful sales cycle by processing and responding to all pricing requests submitted by clients and internal teams. You excel working as part of a cohesive team supporting Carrier Sales and quoting services nationwide. You ensure an accurate quoting process by providing communications between various internal teams. You thrive in an office environment interacting with accounts across the Spectrum Enterprise footprint. You report directly to the Manager of Sales Support for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Improve the sales cycle by developing knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Spectrum Carrier products and services.
- Ensure a successful sales cycle by partnering with Account Managers, Sales Advancement Managers, Carrier Client Advisory Managers, Sales Engineers and Order Entry groups.
- Collect, analyze and evaluate large quantities of data while researching and determining building serviceability to complete quote requests.
- Create and manage site surveys to complete installation.
- Determine pricing by referring to established rate cards and quoting tools.
- Work within guidelines of established workflows to ensure timely movement and return of quotes.
- Mitigate risks by maintaining internal and external service level agreements within performance management guidelines.
- Manage quote requests and responses by using email, external and internal web portals and client forms.
Required keys for success:
- One or more years of telecommunications work experience.
- Two or more years of related sales or sales support experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with effective issue resolution skills.
- Ability to understand complex issues and coordinate and manage simultaneous requests of varying size and scope.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Your education:
- Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
