We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Deal Operations team!

This is the perfect role for someone who is detail- and process-oriented, interested in start-ups, and enjoys meeting new people while working closely with founders on a project that is critical to their success. Campaign managers are responsible for supporting founders in their journey to raise capital on Republic. Our team works closely with legal, marketing, and business development teams to ensure that every founder has a successful campaign on our platform.

The right person is an excellent communicator, a quick learner, a self-starter, and good at juggling many projects at once.

What you'll do:

• Guide founders and their teams through the initial setup through deal page, campaign strategy, and publication to Republic. In particular, a significant portion of your time will be dedicated to onboarding some of our crypto clients and assisting in onboarding and closing out of token sales
• Assist in the onboarding process, including preparation of campaign pages, collecting and reviewing documentation, and helping prepare regulatory filings and financial statements

What you have:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience (account management, business development)
• Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams
• Experience working at a start-up (fintech or direct-to-consumer a plus)
• An interest in cryptocurrency and token sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of constantly iterating and experimenting to find best results
