Job Description
The Business Development Strategic Sales Director identifies and onboards new strategic real estate partnerships. Their primary responsibilities are to prospect, vet, sell and implement new companies while working closely with the Business Development and Production teams. They are responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating internally and externally the goals, vision, and overall tactics for each partnership opportunity.

- Identify and pursue potential strategic real estate partnerships on a national level
- Help identify the vision and strategies necessary to grow the strategic partnership channel
- Work with various teams (Program Management, Marketing and Technology) to ensure a seamless offering of products and services to the clients of these partners
- Monitor and stay informed of business objectives, making recommendations for improvement and development where necessary
- Represent the company on a national level, helping to increase and promote brand awareness
- Build and maintain a network of relationships that are potential future partnerships along with industry advocates for potential insight and future partnership introductions
- Manage a pipeline consisting of short-term and long-term partnership opportunities
