ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Rockstar Business Development Representative who is energized by contributing to pipeline growth. 

You’ll be the first line of communication with prospective customers and influencers playing a key role in helping Rightway build a qualified pipeline of prospects. The primary responsibility of the BDR is to generate and nurture prospects to transition to Outside Sales Executives.

We work with Outside Sales Executives, Partnerships Team, and Marketing on creative ways to build Rightway’s brand awareness and set opportunities for Commercial Sales. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Leverage tools such as Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify, research, and engage with potential decision makers and influencers to create qualified leads and book discovery calls for Sales Executives.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, InMail, and/or responding to inbound inquiries generated by Marketing
  • Coordinate with your assigned Sales Executives to determine top targets within their region that meet defined prospect criteria.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data related to contacts and accounts.
  • Maintain strong cadences of follow-up with prospects to help maximize conversion and meet goals.
  • Gain deep knowledge of the HR/benefits space through researching how different businesses operate, understand their HR, benefits & people strategies, their leadership structures, and common pain points.
  • Articulate the Rightway value proposition, model, and results.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of your success will include quota achievement for: monthly meetings booked, number of calls made, number of emails sent, and qualified leads created.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum one year of lead generation or inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Must be comfortable with outbound prospecting and networking
  • An outgoing personality and highly-professional approach to customer interaction
  • Strong writing and communication skills required
  • Detail oriented with the ability to provide regular, thorough reports to management
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills


EXTRA CREDIT: 

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator preferred
  • Healthcare and start-up experience is preferred
