Overview:
Force Therapeutics is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! Our business development team is an essential part of Force Therapeutics’ growth. You will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact from day one by increasing all outbound lead generation for our business team. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, while working closely with seasoned Clinical Executives.
Your success in this role is defined by strong communication skills, a growth mindset, problem-solving ability, a deep empathy for our prospects, and ability to enact strategic initiatives set by the Marketing team. You’ll also work closely with other team leads on strategic sales initiatives that affect the organization as well.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high volume and quality prospecting to generate outbound leads and potential partnership opportunities through calls, ABM, and other marketing channels
- Understand the market, the brand, and the challenges prospects face, mapping out an account’s key decision makers, identifying their purchase obstacles, and clearly articulating how our platform could help them
- Conduct discovery with prospects and provide ongoing feedback to management and the Clinical Executive team about the quality of leads, as well as prospect challenges
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets, working closely with the Business Development manager to ensure pipeline progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 or more years in a sales capacity preferably in a SaaS business environment
- Proven ability to follow sales processes and analyze data while utilizing dedicated sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach (including creation of accounts, management of opportunities and pipelines, and reporting)
- Experience selling to and working with C-Level and top line management to understand business strategy and objectives
- Ability to think beyond completing day to day tasks and focus on big picture strategy
- Excellent communication, analytical problem-solving, process navigation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Startup and/or digital healthcare experience preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
