LiveVox is adding new positions across all department in the company in the US, Colombia and India.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As a Business Development Representative you will qualify and develop leads and generate pipeline opportunities for our Sales Teams. You will be the front line for presenting LiveVox to prospects. Success in this role may lead to career opportunities in other areas of the marketing or sales organizations in the company.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Work Marketing Qualified Accounts to identify the decision makers, value proposition for their organization and positioning of the LiveVox platform to drive efficiencies and customer experience
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Work Closed Lost Opportunities to find missing BANT criteria and nurture until criteria is met then re-process new Opportunities as appropriate
  • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier2 OLG (Online Lead Generation) reps to help develop their knowledge base of both product and process
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
  • Fully understand and able to communicate the full LiveVox portfolio
  • Develop clear and concise use-cases to prospects that provide targeted 1:1 demonstrations and Account Executive contract handoffs
  • Be a trusted resource to prospective clients by staying educated on industry trends, common business challenges and the LiveVox products and services that meet those needs.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years' experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales in lieu of degree
  • Must possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a quota carrying position with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills to develop, implement, and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
  • Professional business acumen, strong communication skills, strong presence, and confidence
  • Highly team oriented - must be able to accept and contribute new ideas
  • Excellent time management with ability to multi-task, prioritize, etc.
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services, especially SaaS, or other technology is a plus
