WE NEED:  

 

A couple STELLAR BDR's! You’ll be tasked with utilizing company provided sales tools along with individual prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospective clients within specific verticals. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and properly gauging the prospects interests.  

 

ROLE SNAPSHOT:  

 

  • Proactively prospect new clients (HELLO LEAD GEN) and activate dormant accounts  
  • Responsible for working with internal support teams to gather inventory availabilities, scheduling of campaigns, tracking revenue and performance of campaigns 
  • Accountable for supporting the achievement of assigned sales goals for team. Sales quotas typically reflect the revenues of assigned accounts 
  • Reach/Exceed outlined sales goals; measured output will be based on the number of discovery/initial sales meetings that are set up for AEs with the overall goal of setting our team up for success in closing NET NEW business  
  • Communicate cross functionally including handling the onboarding duties to support the Sales Team allowing them to increase their prospecting and new business production 

 

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT YOU:  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1-2 years of digital media experience preferred  
  • Strong communications and inter-personal skills (seriously, you’ll be talking to A LOT of potential clients.)  
  • Ability to thrive in a super dynamic workplace (AKA can go with the flow and pivot when necessary)  
  • Go-getter mentality with a collaborative vibe  
  • Experience with performance-based advertising ideal (or a genuine interest in media)
