We're rapidly growing and looking for a Business Development Representative to sell into high-value prospects and customers. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities while driving the sales process from internal leads to qualifying new prospects and balancing deals to closure. What you’ll be doing
As the Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with forming prospecting and sales strategies focused on helping Enterprise clients , focused on top companies within:
- Fintech
- Retail Banking
- Top Non Bank Financial Institutions
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll:
- Research the needs and key stakeholders of top organizations
- Work with marketing and sales to develop messaging that addresses key business needs of our prospects
- Communicate Alloy’s value proposition based on target personas and proactively seek opportunities in our market
- Qualify leads based on need and fit
- Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple
- Balance competing priorities and prioritize multiple projects/deals at the same time
- As an added bonus, you’ve previously sold cloud or enterprise software
- Work cross functionally and departmentally with multiple teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire client lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships among enterprise clients
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop or modify sales strategy for continued success
Who we’re looking for
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, Alloy is looking for an eager-to-learn, resourceful and results-focused player who is interested in developing their sales career in Enterprise, with an understanding of digital banking.
- 2-3 years of software or technology sales and account management experience
- Demonstrates a consultative sales approach with emphasis on strong discovery skills, and the ability to close business while growing current clients
- Passion for the financial space. Has an “always learning” mentality and consistently keeps up on industry trends, news and knowledge
- Experience working with enterprise accounts and closing high value contracts
- Experience working in a high-growth environment with an emphasis on results
- Experience at SaaS companies or banking technology a plus
- Skillful experience working with sales focused technologies including but not limited to, Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Notion
- Expert ability to delivery Alloy’s key value propositions as it relates to the clients overall business needs and objectives
- Prospecting, Account mapping, objection handling, planning, and closing skills
- Strong communication and excellent writing skills
- Travel will be required
- Has a strong attention to detail paired with the ability to multitask and coordinate several complex tasks simultaneously
- Possess strong internal motivation to deliver exceptional results and get the job done
