But we've got the usual company perks, as well, including a matching 401K plan, employer paid life insurance and long-term disability, all-expense paid annual President's Club trip, competitive salary and no-cap commission, opportunity to earn company shares, 12-weeks paid maternity leave and partially paid parental leave, and any equipment and software that you need to do your job.
How you'll make an impact:
The Director, Business Development reports directly into an Industry Vice President (IVP). It is a sales-oriented role that focuses on Business Development (BD) at the executive level across current and target accounts. * Stay up to date on trends in the industry as well as TSG experience and capabilities that align with said trends.
* Effectively sell Managed Solutions at a high level.
* Developing net new relationships to uncover pipeline opportunities. Once an opportunity is identified, partnering with the IVP to identify who from the sales team should be engaged to take it through the life cycle.
* Ability to work cross functionally with other groups in the organization. Partner with sales and Managed Solutions teams.
* Daily business development in the form of LinkedIn messaging, cold calling, emailing, or networking events to bring in new clients and make connections.
* Responsible for documenting all contacts and meetings notes into our CRM in real time.
* Leverage existing and new network to identify peer client contacts in target accounts.

Requirements:
* Experience building and maintaining executive and C-level relationships in a sales capacity.
* Strong communication and presentation skills both in person and virtual.
* Prior experience selling Managed Solutions or Professional Services.
* Ability to travel to clients' sites across the USA and Canada.
* Experience leveraging LinkedIn Messaging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, industry events, email, and other forms of contact for Sales Campaigns and Business Development.
