About the team
This key position for the Receivables business line will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and maintaining key partnerships, industry partnerships, distribution channels, and resellers. Typically involves working with our leveraged partners across FIS to ensure we have the proper onboarding, training, and supporting programs and materials in place for successful / profitable relationships and programs.
What you will be doing
You will be using your leadership and delivery experience on large complex projects as well as your strong understanding of Investment Banking operations, technology and change landscape. Ideal experience would be in a consulting environment and having the ability to manage client relationships across complex client organizations. We are looking for capability & drive to be a hands-on project / delivery manager; we need hands-on people comfortable with working in the detail when required.

- Identify, research, and create business cases for new potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain partnerships and distribution channel programs.
- Establish and execute on key partnerships, industry partnerships, and distribution channels (both internal and external to FIS).
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure that all supporting processes and programs are in place and maintained in order to properly support partnerships and distribution channels, identify new programs where applicable.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
What you bring:
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Demonstrated strong business acumen
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish budgets, forecast and manage financial results
- Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
- Proven ability to negotiate externally and internally
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organizations and agencies
Added bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, with a focus on order-to-cash management
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
