The Business Development Specialist role is responsible for the business development and sales activities of the assigned area. They will identify target companies that will benefit from EPAM's integrated consulting capabilities and experience and partner with cross functional team to engage potential leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and cultivate leads through Lead generation activities including social media interactions, email, phone and in-person meetings
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of new business opportunities across industries
  • Win new clients (LOGOS) for EPAM that delivers the Sales Revenue Targets
  • Manage all business development pipeline activities in CRM, clearly and punctually
  • Oversee preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs
  • Prepare Basic SOW's
  • Adequately brief the EPAM Council on main legal business issues for MSAs negotiations
  • Be involved in pricing strategies, cost estimates and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with Marketing on external sales related events and attend trade shows


REQUIREMENTS

  • Dynamic and full of energy
  • Previous sales experience is a benefit
  • Expected to have a strong interest in software development processes
  • Able work independently and has desire to become a senior salesperson
  • Possess excellent negotiation and people skills
  • Expected to have abilities to quickly learn
  • Clear and good communicator, who is able to maintain good working relationship with various shareholders and work in a fast-paced environment, with strict timescales
