In this role you will work closely with the Director of Business Development to aggressively grow the brand, onboard new customers, and help build out revenue generating teams. The role is suited for someone who is excited to work for a fast growing, Y Combinator startup. The ideal candidate has an indefatigable work ethic, sharp & decisive mind, excels at divergent thinking & creative ideas, and possesses a high degree of EQ.


This position will be based in Salt Lake City

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating events (ex. Speaker series, community events at co-working spaces and executive events such as Top Golf) within the insurance world to broaden top of funnel opportunities and Angle Health’s market exposure
  • Engage with the insurance community with the goal to increase customer referrals, testimonials, and decrease customer churn rates
  • Broaden Top of Funnel sales pipeline by bringing and identifying new prospects to the company 
  • Building out the sales team which will include hiring, training and building out workflows for rapid growth.
  • Create a business development partnership program that will allow rapid growth and scale of network
  • Collaborate with the Director of BD to successfully close new business
  • Continuously improve upon the conversion rate of prospect to new business 
  • Help create email campaigns and copy to better position the company 

What we Value

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and successfully owning the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of sales pipeline creation
  • Experience with Hubspot and email marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with the startup world 
  • Ability to think on your feet and operate autonomously
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Strong sales experience with a track record of success 
  • Excellent presentation & interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be local or willing to relocate to the SLC area
