How this role impacts the organization
The Business Development Associate will primarily focus on partnering with the top government integrators in the country supporting customers across the US including Air Force, Army, Navy, DHS, DOJ, DOD, and other Civilian Agencies. Focus on driving sales activities with the appropriate business development and capture teams with the national integrators to secure teaming agreements for future awards. Generate sales activities directly with the government department or agency within your portfolio. Assist with sourcing resumes and securing LOI's/LOC's for your specific pursuits. Work with the BD and AM teams to assist with pricing analysis.

Requirements & Key Skills:

Overall Role and Responsibilities:
* Pre-Award Sales Strategy and Execution
* RFP Full Life Cycle Execution
* TA and Proposal Execution
* Customer activities directly with the Government Department and/or Agency
* Customer activities directly with National Integrator Business Development and Capture organizations
* Source resumes and obtain LOI/LOC's for proposals
* Assist the Account Management teams where needed

Expectations:
* Create a business development and capture strategy around a specific portfolio
* Execute teaming agreements for TSG Federal for future contracts and bids
* Negotiate market/workshare for TSG Federal on future contracts and bids
* Join and attend partner meetings to help gather requirements for specific bids
* Work with the VP of BD to develop a sales strategy and relationships with government contacts within your portfolio
* Attend sales activities with our Account Management team to provide in depth knowledge and experience within the specific portfolio
* Work with the TSG Federal Leadership team for final approvals on which integrator to partner with and which programs we want to pursue

Growth Opportunity:
This role can lead to advancements within the Business Development and Capture organization and/or advancements to the Account Management team. There will also be opportunity for future leadership training and career growth.
