Business Development Advisor
CLA is currently looking to hire a Business Development Advisor to support the Consulting and Accounting Solutions Team (CAST). We are looking for someone with a passion for serving internal and external clients and is driven to perform at a high level.
The Business Development Advisor supports the CAST Client Service Team's day to day efforts associated with sales and marketing. They have overall responsibility for CAST CRM data integrity, business development tracking, reporting and support, and marketing activities.
Job Functions
- CRM Administration: Super user for CRM, including training for new staff. Support business development efforts with monitoring of Client Leaders activities in CRM. Input and weekly report production of the Pipeline report used to track opportunities.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts with securing appropriate gifts representing CAST in the marketplace. Manage sponsored events such as CFO of the Year, Women in Business, IIA and Annual Client Appreciation Event. Ability to creatively represent CAST with unique marketing.
Requirements
- 5 years of work experience in a professional services sales organization or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, English, Communication, or related field required. (5 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.)
