(AWS) Amazon Web Services Cloud Alliances Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining EPAM's AWS relationship in North America, working closely with a counterpart in the same role in EMEA. They will be expected to take over a well-established NA relationship and execute a partner strategy for 2022 and beyond, which should result in improved partner status level, significant new qualified pipeline, increased brand credibility, and ultimately influence target revenue growth. This role will require a self-driven, experienced collaborator who has worked in Cloud partnership and ideally has a network of contacts at AWS. They will need to align closely with EPAM Cloud leadership, Channel Sales, Head of Cloud Strategy and GMT, Partner Marketing, account management, and delivery teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support, maintain and grow alliance relationship and status level with AWS in NA, including senior stakeholders, and aligning with the Global AWS team and multi-cloud strategy
  • Develop and support overall NA GTM strategy for AWS alongside the Cloud expert team and marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening up new pipeline opportunities
  • Align with EPAM solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on partner program requirements, joint business plans and initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
  • Understand and manage partner's deal registration and status evaluation criteria by country
  • Work with NA AWS and Cloud team to present Yearly, Quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams and run QBR with partners by region


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Cloud space (Cloud experience is a must)
  • 7+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required
  • Understanding of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
