The Associate VP - Partner Solutions manages and oversees the delivery of our Enrollment Growth Management service line to a portfolio of partners. As a marketing and technology services company, Collegis Education serves clients in higher education and candidates will be provided broad exposure to education management. The Associate VP - Partner Solutions will also lead the cross functional team within their portfolio and be responsible for directing day-to-day communication with key external stakeholders. He/she will manage account directors/managers and leverage internal cross-functional teams and resources to ensure our clients' needs and objectives are being met.

This position is responsible for building and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with our clients through the development and execution of marketing and technology strategies to support new and current enrollment initiatives. This includes the ability to define market positioning by assessing client strengths against the competitive environment, understanding the client's brand and institutional values, and bringing these insights to internal leaders to drive results across service lines. Identifying opportunities to expand services within client organizations is also a key component of the Associate Vice President role.

Primary Responsibilities, Essential Functions and Requirements:

Partner Success

  • Lead the development of client strategy and tactics to achieve performance objectives. This will include developing and recommending strategies to the client.
  • Build an effective team and leverage subject matter experts to help develop targeted solutions which specifically address clients' needs and business problem(s).
  • Implement tactics and manage the delivery and support teams to execute projects with precision, speed, and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage annual financial plans for the partnership portfolio.


Partner Growth

  • Immersion in the core dynamics, strategies, and drivers of the client's organization
  • Identify opportunities for Collegis to deliver relevant and innovative solutions that go beyond the scope of sold services.
  • Support other efforts including forecasting, product management, marketing operations, business development strategies, and departmental planning.
  • Educate and inform new and current partners on the full breadth of Collegis service lines and offerings.


Partner Satisfaction

  • Become immersed in the client organization including strong alignment and understanding of the institutional brand, value propositions, and culture.
  • Manage on-going communications and build internal relationships through collaboration with client leadership, key departments, and stakeholders.
  • Conducts executive-level meetings on a quarterly basis with partners, reviewing client satisfaction and outline future strategy and growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the internal team to navigate client needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to meet and exceed client goals.


Partner Evolution

  • Provide thought leadership to ensure the account team maintains a high level of market curiosity and knowledge for continued idea generation and exploration to help the client stay ahead of the market.
  • Proactively update and inform client on competitive market insights, education and enrollment trends, and innovations in marketing and student recruitment.



Requirements

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated success in agency or client-facing leadership, prior experience in the education sector is a bonus
  • Proven ability to manage a complex and high-profile client within a matrix environment
  • High level of knowledge and experience with digital marketing channel strategy specifically with SEM, SEO, and student engagement, as well as proficiency in marketing technology and higher education technology solutions
  • Proven ability to lead internal resources to execute on a client's objectives and drive for quality deliver across all functional areas
  • Proficiency with reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Prior success developing and leading high-performance teams



Education, Certifications and Licensures:

  • Minimum of a BA/BS in marketing, communications, business or a related field of study
