We’re looking for motivated, bold, and humble individuals to take advantage of a unique opportunity to begin their software career. Our two-year associates program offers a structured program including training, mentoring from experienced team members, and boundless opportunities to help UiPath’s customers successfully utilize the product platform. The program will emphasize teamwork and will provide a combination of structure with clear expectations and the freedom to create great things.


Our Technical Account Manager team executes upon a wide variety of customer technical enablement efforts, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. The Technical Account Managers are entrusted with some of UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels.

The Technical Account Manager Associates Program is geared towards preparing new graduates to become Technical Account Managers at UiPath.

This is what you will do at UiPath:

  • Engage completely in the Associates Program: training and mentee opportunities, the UiPath software platform, and the goal of becoming a full Technical Account Manager at UiPath
  • Successfully complete phases of the Associates Program including training in RPA and associated technologies and client facing work, working to help customers behind the scenes, working with customers with mentors present, all the way to working to help customers independently
  • Be a great teammate with a willingness to help others
  • Work towards the goal of becoming an extended part of client’s technical team ensuring automation solutions are running effectively
  • Move towards assisting customers in resolving their technical challenges including provisioning of infrastructure installation, upgrade planning and oversight
  • Learn to act as a technical advisor to customers while performing code reviews, infrastructure scaling guidance and holding preventive care sessions
  • Work towards assisting in technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Help existing TAMs to address all product-related queries from their customers on time
  • Learn to hold educational and informational training sessions to enable our clients to use UiPath products effectively
  • Work towards providing developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to identification and creation of new features or products
  • Assist in performing initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
  • Shadow existing TAMs to deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g. Health checks)
  • Work with the team to proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Start to collaborate cross departmentally within UiPath to establish and communicate best practices

This is what you will bring to UiPath:

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree (or degree pending)
  • Experience in programming in school (C, C++, C#, Python, Java and/or Powershell for example)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Extracurricular activities, internships, and work experience during schooling is a bonus
  • Previous experience working with UiPath (with its free Community Edition and Academy training), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is a bonus
  • SaaS and Cloud experience a bonus
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Ability to complete work that you’ve committed to doing: and if something changes that commitment, to communicate effectively
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
  • Once shadowing or working with customers a commitment to, at times, engage in the possibility of after hours and/or weekend work
