Associate Sales Operations Administrator
Arctic Wolf is looking for an Associate Sales Operations Admin to join our pack. This role can be remote in the US but will work the Pacific Time hours.

Description
This critical role on our fast-growing team requires a highly detailed and organized individual, as our order volume continues to increase. We are looking for someone who has a meticulous attention to detail, problem solving skills, and is ready to dig in and take a key role in our order process, sales support, and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
· Support a growing sales team as a resource and expert in order processing
· Verify customer information and process sales orders/contracts
· Ensure deal structure and contract are in alignment
· Respond to sales rep and partner inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices
· Partner with finance and sales on customer inquiries related to order or invoice issues
· Data steward for accurate prospect and customer data within Salesforce
Required Skills/Experience:
· 2 or more years’ experience in sales or order operations role
· Salesforce.com and CPQ Quoting experience a plus
· Prior experience working with subscriptions and contracts
· Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
· Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
· Process and quality focused with attention to detail
· Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
