Job Summary
As part of the Strategic Alliance team, the Partner Development Representative will play an key role driving growth with Lytics, strategic partner Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys building out established partner relationships, creating new best practices, and has an overall desire to pave new roads internally and externally by leading this program from iteration to execution.
The goal of the Partner Development Representative (PDR) is to build relationships via inbound and outbound activities, with Google Cloud Sellers to identify and qualify opportunities and collaborate with the Sales Account teams (Account Executives) to convert those opportunities into quality pipeline. An ideal candidate will also have a passion for building their career in Partner & Alliances including Partner Sales Manager.

Desired Experience

  • 1+ year of business development experience in a SaaS organization
  • Experience with triaging and qualifying high quantity of leads - 30+ leads weekly
  • Experience working with Partner teams to qualify and convert partner opportunities
  • Interest in Partnership’s career track
  • Strong experience in cross-functional alignment
  • Inherently curious - this is a new role and the Partner Development Rep will work together with the Alliance lead to developing best practices for future iterations of the role
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot, outreach.io, etc.
  • Familiarity and experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
