In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Associate Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship and ensure customer loyalty. The position is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the Midwest or Eastern Region.

WHAT'S YOUR IMPACT?
  • Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue.
  • Effectively renew all assigned accounts with favorable terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular account reviews to highlight key results, metric analysis, demonstrated value and emphasize the ROI, as well as recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize Plex's solutions and services.
  • Demonstrate expansion of the Plex solution beyond the functionality introduced during implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting and recommending new Plex products, services, and partner solutions.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within Plex, championing changes to the product and internal processes that will increase usage, success, and satisfaction.


IS IT IN YOU?
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years in a customer facing role.
  • Empathy for the Customer.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships.
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  • Knowledge of Gain Sight, Salesforce.com etca plus
  • Experience working in Software or Manufacturing organizations a big plus.
  • Previous experience leading/facilitating groups in a business setting.
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Ability and desire to independently interact with multi-functional Plex teams on a global basis.
  • Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within Customer Data Base.
  • Ability to work independently and with other members of the Customer Success team.
