What You'll Do: 

As an Associate Account Manager, you will work with clients to help them maximize the value of their invoice to cash process while carrying a quota of upsells.  You will directly impact revenue at Billtrust and expand Billtrust’s footprint with our current customers in the $50MM-$650MM revenue market. This is accomplished with a mix of prospecting via virtual and onsite meetings, trade shows and conferences as well as regularly occurring conference calls and emails.  As our customers’ advocate, you will also work closely with stakeholders interdepartmentally to ensure we are delivering and meeting client expectations and communicate on areas of improvement.

You will leverage your ability in being a great storyteller who can relate to our customers' pain points and solve them through solution selling models. This is a unique opportunity to build upon your journey in Sales with a fast-growing, publicly traded, global Fintech company while receiving robust training and development opportunities along the way. 

  • Initially focus on the eCommerce area of Billtrust and then expand to other offerings as well
  • Expand the use of Billtrust's services within your clients' organizations by ensuring optimization of features and services
  • Generate a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Qualify existing customer's needs and aligning the value of additional Billtrust solutions
  • Target, contact, and engage prospects and working with them through the sales cycle
  • Log all sales activities and client contacts in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
  • Work cross-functionally with Billtrust’s key internal teams, including sharing information to the product/engineering team to help influence the product roadmap and collaborating with the customer success team to ensure our customers are successful

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven success hunting for opportunities to close new customer business opportunities - 2+ years experience preferred 
  • Proven ability to manage clients who are using a software-driven solution
  • The ability to quickly learn complex solutions in order to sell, support or manage similar projects within technology-centric organizations
  • Successfully used advanced communication skills to work with a wide variety of technical and business professionals internally and externally
  • Highly organized and accustomed to managing many projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of B2B invoice to cash process or related industry a plus

Target Base Compensation: $59,000.00 - $75,000.00 + commission

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
