Associate, Sales and Marketing Integration, Immunology

*Overview

The Immunology Sales and Marketing Integration role is responsible for leading and collaborating with the brand, selling and coaching capabilities teams, NBA/NBE team, and other cross-functional partners to understand portfolio priorities and shape the strategic capability-building needed to deliver HCP behavior change through selling outcomes. This person will develop trusted relationships with key internal partners, including Sales and Marketing leadership and perform as a crucial, integrated member of the Immunology Business Unit to maintain a wholistic portfolio approach to strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Immunology Fusion team to implement sales meeting cycles aimed at skill-building Sales Professionals on capabilities and brand strategy to drive behavior change on behalf of our brand target patients
  • Lead the Immunology executional planning process aimed at aligning all cross-functional partners to an executional plan that enables thoughtful trade-off decisions and focused execution for the sales & marketing teams
  • Develop new and innovative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business unit systems
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to understand priorities and provide focused execution of marketing & sales integration
  • Lead without authority: drive common goals to improve both business and patient outcomes by assisting in time management, capacity and prioritization
  • Review, select and collaborate with third party production, GTMS/CWT/meeting planners and communication vendors to manage Immunology meeting planning and implementation of key events and logistics.
  • Lead or participate in special projects focused on improving effectiveness of the salesforce and/or marketing teams
  • Maintain Immunology master calendar across all functions of the Immunology business unit
  • Provide governance support to internal lead team meetings, business unit and/or other sales management focused activities



*Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Immunology experience
