POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Director will oversee Area Growth by implementing The Bayada Way of selling Hospice Services. The role is to support ,coach and collaborate with the sales and operational teams . All sales activities are always aligned with The BAYADA Way. The goal of the positions is to support the execution and training of BAYADA Home Health Care sales and marketing initiatives necessary to achieve company goals and objectives in the hospice practice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
2. Four (4) year college degree.
3. Minimum five (5) years health care sales and marketing experience with a minimum of one (1) year successful managerial sales experience home health or hospice(preferred).
As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
